Another day, another gala! Great day of swimming at the Swim Belfast Open Gala! Got off to a strong start with gold and silver for Ka Him and gold for Rachael in Session 1 and PBs for every one of the other early risers too! Congratulations to Eve and Gannon on their selection for the Ulster Interpro Team based on their successful performances at Ute recent Swim Ulster Senior Schools Cup!

A strong team of 47 athletes all part of Swim Ireland's National Junior Pathway Programme recently competed in the Arena Lisbon International Meet. Great experience for Jan, achieving 2 PBs in 50 and 100 Free. The athletes were refining their race craft as they build towards the Irish Open Championships, the sole trials for selection to the National Teams competing at the European Youth Olympic Festival and European Aquatic Junior Swimming Championships in July 2025
