Successful 5 days at the Swim Ireland Irish Open Championships for Jan and Brogán. 7 PBs for Jan improving times through heats into finals (50 free and 50 Fly) and strong swims from Brogán in both her events making a B Final in 50 Fly. Thank you to Head Coach Kathryn and Swim Ireland.

Great weekend for our swimmers on their travels! Well done to our swimmers who represented their respective schools at the Irish minor Schools Championships in Dublin! Fantastic training camp in London for three of our Senior Squad qualifying to go as part of the Ulster Schools Intermediate Squad.
Busy weekend!! Our swimmers were in action all weekend-starting off with the Swim Ulster Future Challengers meet where our small but mighty team of 9 achieved at least 1 PB each and took away 2 Silver & 7 Bronze time banded medals with 10 top 3 placings including 5 1st places Next up was the Ulster PTL league end gala at South Lake -great swims and some PBs and medals along the way. Great weekend at the Swim Ulster AspiringChampions Gala in Bangor! Our morning crew were out in force and as a team came away with lots of time-banded medals 14 Gold, 35 Silver and 41 Bronze alongside some really fantastic PBs & Summer Nationals QTs.
