Summer Training Camp
24 of our swimmers clocked up the metres at our recent Summer Training Camp in Lanzarote in preparation for Irish Summer Nationals later this month.
Training included 2 x 2hr training sessions daily in the 50m pool alongside some gym, video analysis and visualisation sessions.
